While skimming through the 2011 Grammy Awards Ceremony, (I dvr’d it then watched it later so I could cut through all of the bull and get the what’s important), I saw a lot of things that were both amusing, interesting, boring and played out, but I only found one thing shocking. Trust me, it wasn’t Lady Gaga and her ‘demon/monster’ get-up. That’s something I have come to expect. Strangely enough it was Eminem. Something was totally off about him. Before he received the award, he was extremely fidgety and once he was on stage, his whole essence was not the Em we all love to hate to love. Just watch and see.
Ok, did anyone else see something totally wrong with him? His face was extremely gaunt, he looked pale, his eyes were darting to’n’fro, he made sure to give ‘praise’ where praise was due. The man looks scared to death!!! Honestly to me, this is the first time I’ve seen him where he actually looked like he was on drugs. Kind of like a person that gets off drugs, relapses, and attempts to party like they use to. Most of the time these types of relapses end in an overdose, but if done ‘correctly’, one can pretty much ‘force feed’ a drug addict back in the habit. I have a feeling this is what has happened to Eminem. Take a look at footage from the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards when he won the same Grammy. This is BEFORE he started sacrificing his homies off.
It could be just me, but I thought you were suppose to look better and healthier after you get clean, not worse.
